Using this website

This website introduces Charlie’s Shipping services and helps you prepare inquiries. The information is general and does not create a confirmed shipping booking or a transport contract.

Quotes and availability

Destination listings are invitations to ask about shipping arrangements. Routes, services, acceptance, prices, timing and delivery options must be confirmed by our team for your shipment. Send goods only after receiving instructions and agreement from the team.

Shipment information

Provide accurate details about the goods, packed dimensions, weight, collection location and destination. Special handling or restricted items must be discussed before dispatch. Shipment-specific terms will be provided when arrangements are agreed.

Volume calculator

The calculator estimates geometric cargo volume from the measurements you enter. It does not calculate prices, billable weight, customs charges or a confirmed freight charge.

Inquiry forms

Forms prepare a draft for your review. Unless the interface explicitly confirms delivery through a connected service, a request has not been sent. You must send the draft using your email app to contact the team.
